DeNae Weimer, artist from Kalispell, Montana, has grown a passion for this area and Glacier National Park.
Getting to summit many of the peaks in the park has given DeNae something she did not have growing up in " the land of 10,000 lakes"
The mountains touched her deeply and she has a bond with the scenery as well as an esteem for the wildlife and flowers. DeNae's paintings convey sensitiveness to the landscape. Along with her landscapes she has matured into a very strong, yet sensitive painter in watercolor portraits and landscapes.
DeNae's heart connection to her work has enabled her to feel her subject in a real way and thus portray her paintings representationally along with emotion.
